Traveling leaves you surprised and speechless
before it turns you into a storyteller.
My Journey: Passion - Purpose - Philosophy
Born and bred in Munich/Germany, I consider myself a Bavarian cosmopolitan: my enthusiasm and my passion for cultures and people takes me around the world. All my travels had and still continue to have a deep impact: opening my mind to unknown perspectives, opening my heart to different behaviour, and opening my will to discover new ways on my life journey.
As a graduate in business economics and tourism development, I embarked on ten years of international management consulting, with assignments in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia. Working with governments, private companies and NGOs on large-scale strategy and development projects, I refined my skills of successfully handling diverse stakeholder interests in high pressure environments.
My learnings in 90+ countries of the world and my work on all five continents have given me a deep understanding on how to successfully manage projects and lead people across the globe. From these experiences, my purpose emerged: I want to strengthen on the humane factor in today's business world, building bridges across cultural differences and enabling people to connect around the globe .
My MBA studies and my systemic coach formation gave way to the next part of my journey. As a trainer and a coach, I have successfully prepared 12,000+ leaders, managers and associates from more than 150 countries for global challenges, projects and collaborations. My clients come from all commercial and industrial sectors, private and public, national and international, from start-ups to global corporations: in Germany alone, I have worked for half of the DAX top 30 companies.
My philosophy is simple:
We never deal abstractly with culture - we always interact with people.
I use my sense of exploration and curiosity to uncover the humane connector in daily interactions, creating real and lasting value for my clients and for their businesses.
I openly invite you to take advantage of my experience for your own journey!
