How do I lead and unfold myself in the present and in the future?
Daily life challenges you to handle many different roles, e.g. as manager, employee, leader but also as partner, parent, child, friend, sports buddy, lover. Nobody has given you formal education or training on how to lead your life - yet it works, mostly subconsciously, by ways of developed habits and behaviours. This beautiful, isn't it?
Your automated system works until (major) changes occur, from inside yourself or from the outside world. When stress and pressure increase, the first human (re-)action is to hold onto old habits, even when they prove inadequate or even damaging.

The SELF is the place from where to operate and handle situations when the automatic system is overloaded or misguided. SELF-leadership means operating with calmness, clarity, confidence and courage.
As a systemic coach, I accompany people from all levels - social and organizational - in moments of change, transformation and difficulties. Two trends stick out:

2) The inability to cope adequately with stress and difficult relations at work increases burnout and depression.
